Kristel Rose Reishi Tincture

In this case study, we explore the journey of developing a unique label and logo for Kristel Rose, a mushroom tincture company. The goal was to create an engaging and visually appealing identity that would reflect the brand's essence while resonating with its target audience. The label, hand-drawn upon request, captures the essence of nature and the company's commitment to delivering high-quality mushroom-based products. The logo, a simple yet impactful "KR" design, reinforces brand recognition and sets the foundation for a strong visual identity.


Initial Sketches

Before diving into the design process, it was crucial to understand Kristel Rose as a brand. The company prides itself on using natural and sustainable ingredients to produce premium reishi mushroom tinctures. With a focus on holistic well-being and the healing power of mushrooms, Kristel Rose aimed to position itself as a trusted and reputable brand within the wellness industry. While still presenting itself as a locally sourced company.

Logo Design

The design concept revolved around two main elements: the label and the logo. The label served as the primary canvas to convey the brand's story and visually communicate the product's characteristics. Meanwhile, the logo, represented by the initials "KR," aimed to capture the essence of the brand's identity in a simple yet memorable way.

Label Design

The label design for Kristel Rose mushroom tinctures was hand-drawn, adding a personal touch and emphasizing the brand's commitment to craftsmanship. The central focus of the label was a delicate illustration depicting an array of mushroom motifs and the main mushroom Reishi often found in nature of North Georgia, showcasing the brand's dedication to authenticity and organic sourcing. The earthy textures, consisting of scratchy lines and edges, further emphasized the brand's connection to nature.

In addition to the illustration, the label incorporated key elements such as the company name "Kristel Rose" and the product name "Mushroom Extract." The typography, selected to be clean and legible, conveyed a sense of professionalism and credibility.
